Steps to Resolve Activity Tracking Issues in Roblox

Updated over 2 months ago

Refresh the Page: In some cases, a simple page reload may solve the issue. If issue is not solved by reloading the page continue reading the trouble shooting guide below.

If you’re trying to track activity in Roblox using Series, make sure you are using ServerScriptService to place your scripts in Roblox Studio.

In some cases, you may also need to enable HTTP Service to ensure your scripts function correctly. If you’ve already done that and are still encountering issues, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Delete and Re-add Scripts: Sometimes, simply deleting and re-adding the scripts can resolve the problem. This can help refresh any cached issues and allow the scripts to run properly.

  2. Check the Developer Console: If the issue persists, open the Dev Console to check for any error messages that may give further insight into the problem.

Tip: Always verify that your HTTP Service is enabled and functioning correctly.
