We’re excited to share exciting news about Series and introduce the second iteration in our Series Community Update.

Since its inception, Series has aimed to simplify group management, making it more efficient while providing realistic, real-world tools to enhance roleplay for Roblox groups. Whether you're managing a busy café or running a bustling supermarket, we strive to be your go-to platform.

Series distinguishes itself by understanding the unique challenges of managing a Roblox group—keeping staff active, preventing admin abuse, and recruiting new members. However, we know that our platform hasn't met these expectations recently, and we are disappointed with the level of service we've provided in the past few months.

That's why we're excited to introduce the second iteration of Series.

Launching later this year, the second iteration of Series has been completely rewritten and redesigned using advanced technologies to make it sleeker, more intuitive, and faster. Most importantly, it will meet the needs of Roblox groups, offering the best tools for managing and hiring your team.

Key features include

💼 (New) Jobs

Jobs is an exciting new feature in the second iteration of Series that will help you hire an active team through a quiz, application, or interview centre—all managed directly from Series.

🏪 (New) App Store

Introducing an all-new App Store that integrates with tools you already use, including an official integration with Roblox. It can read and interact with Jobs, Activity, and Sessions.

Series is seeking additional partners for its App Store. App Store partners are eligible for monetisation. If you're interested, please get in touch with us and provide details about your app, such as its website.

🎟️ (Improved) Sessions

Over the past year, Sessions on Series hasn't been as widely used as we'd hoped, and we recognise its lack of features.

In the second iteration, Sessions has been rebuilt from the ground up. It now allows you to assign a Host, Co-Hosts, Trainers, and includes custom fields. With direct Activity integration, you can see who attended the session, enabling you to make informed decisions on promotions.

📊 (Improved) Activity

Over the past year, Activity on Series has tracked more than 500,000 workspace members. Based on your feedback, we're excited to announce our Activity enhancements in the second iteration:

  • 🌙 Idle Time: Track the time a staff member spends idle or AFK, and optionally deduct it from their total activity time.

  • 📈 Increase Activity: Issue incentives through Series to boost staff activity, such as badges, recognitions in the Feed, or even Robux payouts.

We plan to share more information about the second iteration of Series in the coming weeks. With each new project—from Sailboat Games' first Eastside Platform service in 2021 to today—our goal remains to surpass past achievements and deliver the industry's leading platform.
